Yesterday I received a large envelope in the mail filled with photos. My dad and 96 yo grandmother spent the weekend going through her old photos trying to organize them and send them to various relatives. I am usually the picture taker and not in a ton of photos, so it was wonderful to see all these photos of me in various times in my life. Some of the pictures are yellowed. Some are faded, bright and clear. But they are all wonderful and I am so excited to add them to our family scrapbooks! So today on what many people call “Throwback Thursday”, I will finally share a real throwback………Me. 1981.Sarasota.Siesta Key. 6yrs old.
I am having the best time looking at these shots so hang in there while I am feeling a bit nostalgic.
Okay, TBT done. Now onto the present….
I finally finished block 9 of the Sugar Block Club after running out of Kona Snow. I am soooo happy our JoAnn’s has Kona Snow and that I can use my 50% off coupon to grab a few yards when I need it. I should be set now in that department, at least for now.
If you keep up with my Instagram feed, you may have seen a shot of a big project I’m working on. My first full handbag pattern!! I have the first prototype done and an outline of the materials and process, so now I’m going to try another with a few modifications. I’ll keep you updated as I go!
Have a great Thursday everyone!
