A 2012 Goal: Scrapbook

cultivate a good life by Becky Higgins

I use to be a scrapbook fanatic. Monthly paper kits, die cuts, stickers. Total insanity. As the kids have grown and their “firsts” were few and far between I started to fall behind. I do manage to scrap in spurts and get some work done, but nothing recently. I still have tons of paper, a Cricut and assorted memorabilia but they just stay in my IKEA cubes and stare at me as I work on my sewing projects.

Before the holidays, I decided to upload some new photos I took to Winkflash. My picture file popped up on my computer and almost shouted at me, “HEY! You have over 600 pictures on here!”. Uh, oops. Seriously people, I have 600+ on my MacBook that need to be transferred and ordered. So for the past month, I have been uploading pictures in hopes of ordering (anyone have a good coupon code?) and getting caught up. One of my goals in 2012 is to get caught up on my scrapbooks. Enter Becky Higgins!

I have been a fan of Becky Higgins for years and love to read her blog and follow her on Facebook.
She has such a clean and pretty visual style that I love, so when I started to read about Project Life, I decided that this would be perfect way for me to get caught up on my pages. If you haven’t had a chance to read Becky’s blog. Check it out. She’s super-organized and inspiring! Cindy
