Twenty-Eight Blocks and Counting

I have had such a productive week, both in the studio and out!  Not only have I finished several WIP’s, I managed to buy all three boys their school supplies for the year (well, most of it!) and have them sorted by child in ready to go bags. Our Long Weekend Getaway!

Happy Tuesday! I’m back from our long farewell summer getaway to Orlando.  We had such a wonderful weekend with friends and family. It was the perfect ending to a busy summer.   Friday morning, we headed to Orlando to spend the first few nights with my dad. We spent a lot of time in his pool, at the zoo and catching up. Zakka 2.0 Week 8: Scrappy Box ~Done!~

Hi there!  I am so excited to share with you my finished Scrappy Box, which is part of the Zakka 2.0/Patchwork, Please! sew-along.  After last week’s quilt frenzy I was so happy to have a smaller project to work on.  This box sews up quickly and looks great with any kind of fabric combination.
